How do I open an account?

Click "Get Started", verify your email, and complete the short onboarding wizard. Most users are trading within 2 minutes.

Is there a minimum deposit?

You can fund your account with as little as $10. Some investment plans and bots have higher minimums shown on each product page.

Do you offer a demo account?

Yes — every new account starts with a $10,000 demo balance so you can practise without risking real funds.

Which countries do you support?

We accept users from most jurisdictions. A small number of countries are restricted; your eligibility is checked at signup.

How long do deposits take?

Crypto deposits are credited after the configured number of network confirmations. Bank wires are typically same-day. PayPal is usually instant.

How long do withdrawals take?

Withdrawals are processed in the order received. Most are completed within 24 hours after admin approval.

Are there withdrawal fees?

Standard network fees apply for crypto. Bank fees vary by region. The exact fee is shown before you confirm a withdrawal.

Can I cancel a withdrawal?

Yes — pending withdrawals can be cancelled from your wallet page until they are approved by an operator.

What can I trade?

What leverage is available?

Up to 1:500 on supported instruments, subject to your KYC tier and the asset class.

Are there trading hours?

Forex is closed on weekends. Crypto trades 24/7. Stocks follow their respective exchanges. See Market Hours for the full schedule.

How are spreads calculated?

We aggregate from multiple liquidity providers. Live spreads are shown on every order ticket.

How does copy trading work?

When you follow a trader, every trade they open is mirrored proportionally to your account based on your allocation.

Can I unfollow at any time?

Yes, you can pause or unfollow instantly. Open positions you copied stay until they close naturally or you close them manually.

Are bots safe?

All bots in our marketplace are reviewed before being listed. You retain full control and can pause or deactivate at any time.

Is two-factor authentication available?

Yes — TOTP-based 2FA is supported and strongly recommended. Enable it from your Profile > Security page.

How are my funds protected?

Customer funds are held in segregated accounts separate from operating capital. Withdrawal whitelisting and email confirmation add extra layers of protection.

What happens if I lose my password?

Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page. With 2FA enabled, you will also need a recovery code.
