We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, applicable law, or our risk and AML policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operating company is registered. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts.
